How do I turn it on and connect?+
Hold the button for about 1.5 seconds until you feel a short buzz and see the light. Open the Intiwave app — it finds Duet on its own, and a short click-like buzz confirms the connection.
How do I know it's charging?+
Plug in the USB-C cable — it fits either way round. The light glows steady rose while it's charging and turns violet when it's full.
How do I change the intensity?+
Tap the button to step up the intensity, and keep tapping to change the pattern. Don't hold it down — a long press of about 2 seconds turns Duet off.
What is Duet made of? Is it safe?+
Every part of Duet that touches your body is body-safe, platinum-cured silicone. It is non-porous and free of phthalates and BPA.
How do I clean it?+
Rinse with warm water and a mild soap, then let it air-dry. Do not boil or heat-sterilise it.
How is it shipped?+
In discreet, unmarked packaging.
